AuthorBellaDifficultyBeginner

Yields6 Servings
 125 g 60% chocolate
 175 g milk chocolate
 235 ml hot water
4 chocolate bourbon biscuits, gluten free or normal
6 oreo cookies or 6 extra gluten free chocolate bourbon biscuits
 12 chocolate worms or jellies
Equipment Needed
1 large bowl filled with a large handful of ice
1 smaller bowl that will fit into the bigger one
 Rolling pin
 Whisk
6 Small pots or plastic cups
 1 Freezer bag
1

Using a rolling pin, smash the chocolate into small pieces. Throw them into the smaller bowl and gently pour over the hot water. Allow to melt for a few moments and then stir until you get chocolate water. At this point you will think I’m stone cracked but just wait until the magic happens!

2

Now get stuck in and start whisking. It will take a while to thicken up but believe me you will be awe struck when it does! When it becomes thick and can hold on the whisk when lifted up you know it’s ready. Fill the pots and place in the fridge.

3

Meanwhile, throw the biscuits into a freezer bag. Using a rolling pin, gently bash and smash them until you get a soil like chocolate mixture. Take the chocolate pots from the fridge and spoon over the biscuit soil. Top with chocolate or jelly worms and have yourselves a chocolate heaven kind of party!

Hi I’m Bella and I am stone cracked about all things food! My love for the stuff started from a young age. When I’m not eating food I’m thinking about it or talking about it or traveling to random places to get a taste of the best that’s out there… An addiction, I admit. But to be fair, it’s not the worst addiction to have, merely the tastiest I reckon!
